RETURNS and EXCHANGES

 

An item can be returned with in 14 days of purchase providing the following criteria are met:

The item must be in it's original packaging.

The item must still have the original tags on.

The item must not have been worn.

If any of these criteria are not met then we will not issue a refund or exchange.

We will not be responsible for any postage costs of items returned to us.

Please ensure that all items returned have a signed/recorded delivery as we can't be held responsible for items lost in the post. 

PAYMENT PLAN RETURNS

Due to the time scale involved with payment plans, we can only offer an exchange if available or credit to your account.

FAULTY ITEMS

We need to be notified of any faults with any items within 24 hours of you receiving it.

The item must be in it's original packaging.

The item must still have the original tags on.

The item must not have been worn.

If any of these criteria are not met then we will not issue a refund or exchange.
